Your design files

STEP files are processed entirely in your browser. They are not uploaded to or stored on our servers. When you export, we store a SHA-256 fingerprint of the file so that re-exports of the same part do not use another credit. The fingerprint cannot be turned back into your design.

Account data

If you create an account we store your email address, a securely hashed password, your plan, your credits and the fingerprints of exported files. Data is stored with Cloudflare.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not see or store card details. Stripe processes payment data under its own privacy policy.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. On content pages for visitors without a subscription, Google AdSense may set cookies to show and measure ads. Visitors in the EEA and UK are asked for consent through a certified consent message before personalised ads are shown.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your data. Email [email protected]. You can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in the Netherlands, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
